StarPound|Campaign Builder
Introduction
StarPound|Campaign Builder application is another great example of the types of applications you can build with the StarPound platform. In essence, CB is a "web wizard" designed to enable contact centers to quickly and easily configure, deploy, and manage their call center campaigns.
After successfully completing a variety of call center projects for our customers, we came to the conclusion that for many outsourced call center providers, the requirements for their campaigns are all very similar. We quickly built and modeled a StarPound application (Campaign Builder!) that enables the call center administrator to configure all aspects of each campaign, and deploy it live instantly.

Campaign Builder provides a number of critical features and benefits to the call center provider:

System Requirements
Like the StarPound|PBX application, Campaign Builder requires a fully functional StarPound CORE server deployment (JBOSS, MySQL/Oracle/etc), as well as a functioning telephony environment (running Asterisk, FreeSwitch, or any other generic SIP switch).
