Multi-Channel Messenger

The multi-channel messenger app is a complex application using both dependent and independent sub-processes (other models, also included) .  The application is invoked via a REST web service call with parameters indicating where to retrieve an XML file (instead of requiring you to POST the XML). The XML file includes the elements to define the message, as well as a list of contact address by each of the email, voice and text channels.
